Getting a new Palestinian Travel Document  will take Two to three months from the date of submission of the application to the Embassy.Applications for new passports will be sent to Lebanon by diplomatic pouch and returned to the Embassy in the same way.

Express Mail Service : In order to facilitate the obtaining of Ordinary Lebanese Passports, we inform you that the General Directorate of the Lebanese General Security has authorized the DHL's FastTrack Service to transport the passports' demands in a fast way. This service is optional; it is at the expense of the person concerned and it is available by visiting the following website:

When you come to the Lebanese Embassy in London to apply for a new passport via DHL's Express Mail Service, you should be provided, in addition to the requirements' documents to obtain a new passport mentioned below, for Two copies of the OUTBOUND, Two copies of the RETURN, the Passport Applicant List and two copies of the 
Transaction Receipt.

Requirements to Obtain a New Palestinian Travel Document

  • Two recent colored photos( Passport Size), showing the entire face on a white background, and that are not  a copy of a previous photo
  • UNRWA card and  the Palestinian Blue ID card (بطاقة اعاشة)
  • The expired travel document, In case the old Travel Document is lost the applicant will be asked to fill a report explaining how she/he lost the passport.
  • Photocopies of the Travel Document pages containing the full name, photo, passport #, issue date, and expiry date (two copies of each)
  • A travel document application form to be filled out in person at the Embassy. The signature and fingerprint of the applicant will be obtained at the Embassy in front of the Consular Officer.
  • The UK Residence Permit.

NOTE: Kindly bring 2 copies of each original document

Fees (To be paid in cash only)

  •  £29  for a one year travel document.
  •  £87  for a three years travel document.
  •  £143 for a five years travel document.

Note: For applicants under 18 years old, both parents should attend  the Embassy  in person  for consent.The presence of the applicant is not required for  under 14 years old.
