Legalization of Documents and Signature

Note: A copy of each original document (front and back) is mandatory.

Certificate of Origin (should accompany the Commercial Invoice)

• The document should be certified by the Arab British Chamber of Commerce
• £18.00 for the certificate of origin with one attached invoice
• £36.00 for the certificate of origin with two or more attached invoices (the same date and number of bills should be stated)

Commercial Invoice

• The document should be certified by the Arab British Chamber of Commerce
• £4 per £1000, rounded to the nearest 1000
• Minimum fees: £33.00
• Maximum fees: £2,233.00
• Please provide 1 copy of each original document sent

Commercial Document

• The documents should be certified by the British Foreign Office
• Cash or postal order (cheques are not accepted) payable to the Embassy of Lebanon in the amount of £161.00 per document
• N.B: Memorandums and Articles are charged separately

Signature  Power of Attorney 

• The documents should be notarized by the Notary Public and legalized by the British Foreign Office
• Cash or postal order payable to the Embassy of Lebanon in the amount of £72.00 for general power of attorney and £36.00 for special power of attorney per signature plus extra fees (applied only if the amount of money is stated in the power of attorney, 1£ per 1000£).
• Copy of ID

Pledge to Deny Ownership

• The documents should be notarized by the Notary Public and legalized by the British Foreign Office
• Cash or postal order payable to the Embassy of Lebanon in the amount of £90.00
• Copy of ID

• The documents should be notarized by the Notary Public and legalized by the British Foreign Office
• Cash or postal order  payable to the Embassy of Lebanon in the amount of £43.00
• Copy of ID

• The documents should be notarized by the Notary Public and legalized by the British Foreign Office
• Cash or postal order  payable to the Embassy of Lebanon in the amount of £90.00 per signature
• Copy of ID

• The documents should be notarized by the Notary Public and legalized by the British Foreign Office
• Cash or postal order  payable to the Embassy of Lebanon in the amount of £54.00 per signature plus extra fees  (applied only if the amount of money is stated in the probate, 2£ per 1000£)
• Copy of ID

• The documents should be notarized by the Notary Public and legalized by the British Foreign Office
• Cash or postal order payable to the Embassy of Lebanon in the amount of £43.00 per document
• Copy of ID

• Document should be certified by the British Foreign Office
• Cash or postal order payable to the Embassy of Lebanon in the amount of £27.00 per document
• Copy of ID

Divorce Judgment:

• Document should be certified by the British Foreign Office
• Cash or postal order payable to the Embassy of Lebanon in the amount of £45.00+ 2/1000 of any amount of money mentioned in the Divorce Judgment.  Maximum fees: £1786.00 
• Copy of ID

Medical Report 

• The documents should be notarized by the Notary Public and legalized by the British Foreign Office
• Cash or postal order  payable to the Embassy of Lebanon in the amount of £43.00 per document
